How it all works.

  • Program : We'll help design a program that's simple for your employees to use - and simple for your company to implement.
  • Catalogues : The customized product catalog is on line. It is linked directly to your website or ours, whatever works best for your company.. The advantage of having an on line product catalog of items is that as new items come out, they are added to the site immediately.
  • Points : Once the program begins, each employee earns points for every hour he/she works safely, and for meeting other agreed-upon criteria.
  • Certificates : At the end of each month or quarter, all employees receive a point certificate equating their individual points to a dollar value.
  • Purchases : Employees can then "purchase" items from the catalogue, or save their points toward higher-value products.
  • Service : When employees are ready to make a purchase, they simply send their signed certificates and order form to The Advertising Specialists of Maine and we do the rest!

We'll take their order, ship the merchandise right to their homes, and invoice your company monthly. We'll also return all redeemed certificates to you, so you can keep track of employee involvement.
