How it all works.

• Program : We'll help design a program that's simple for your employees to use - and simple for your company to implement.
• Catalogues : We'll deliver enough award catalogues for you to send to each employee and his/her family at home. If you'd like, we'll even customize a catalogue specifically for your company.
• Points : Once the program begins, each employee earns points for every hour he/she works safely, and for meeting other agreed-upon criteria.
• Certificates : At the end of each month or quarter, all employees receive a point certificate equating their individual points to a dollar value.
• Purchases : Employees can then "purchase" items from the catalogue, or save their points toward higher-value products.
• Service : When employees are ready to make a purchase, they simply send their signed certificates and order form to The Advertising Specialists of Maine and we do the rest!

We'll take their order, ship the merchandise right to their homes, and invoice your company monthly. We'll also return all redeemed certificates to you, so you can keep track of employee involvement.
